Our Team

Lauren Kehoe joins the Shaper Group as office manager, bringing skills, experience and a passionate interest in the psychology of management, marketing, communication and sustainability. Lauren's background is in retail management where she has transformed small businesses and teams of staff to create, achieve and exceed performance expectations.

Using considered communication skills and a naturally respectful, pragmatic and understanding mindset Lauren thrives on connecting people with wellness, self-empowerment, and has recently added sustainable living attitudes and behaviours to that list.

In 2010 Lauren returned to study psychology/philosophy and sustainability management at Swinburne University. In the last 18 months Lauren has co-founded Swinburne’s first student sustainability group and been on the Dean’s list for top students for achieving the highest mark in three of her classes.

Lauren’s experience, interests, contemplative and insightful nature have cultivated an insatiable need to push the limits of the prevailing paradigm and have helped her to become a highly organised, considered and effective team member.

Lauren brings a unique perspective and thrives on creating and sustaining strong relationships.
