Project: SME touch point communications plan

Challenge:To ensure that Carbon Down maximised it’s return on the weekly column, Brand Shaper suggested the development of a communications plan that focused on identifying small and medium sized business touch points.

Solution: Brand Shaper developed a communication plan for VECCI and Carbon Down, focusing on leveraging Carbon Downs mass change program through a great number of small and medium sized business (SME) touch points.
The plan focused on an integrated approach reaching SME’s through as many trusted advisers as possible, Carbon Downs mass change program created greater impact and return on investment. The communication plan provided recommendations on channels to market for SME’s as a whole and for specific industry sectors.
Through the use of the plan Carbon Down syndicated the weekly column to 45 different agencies and organisations.
